Due to the handmade nature of our hair and skincare products we are unable to accept returns once shipped. We also extend this site wide to include but not limited to jewelry and other wearables unless otherwise noted with in the product description. We do this for safety reasons, as we cannot assure the purity and quality of returned merchandise.We do offer trial sizes, material content, and product dimensions for most items to help ensure the satisfaction of your purchases.

If however, you need to return an item due to an error on our part (e.g. duplicate item, wrong size/color) we are happy to make it right. Send us an email at for return directions within 5 calendar days of delivery.

If 10 calendar days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Exchange Policy

We offer you 10 calendar days from the date of delivery to exchange items received damaged during shipping. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at  for return directions. Our return address is 8063 Nantuckett Ave, North Charleston SC, 29420.

To be eligible for exchange, your item must be new, unused, and in its original packaging that you received it.

If 10 calendar days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Most orders normally ship within 1-3 business days. If you need to make changes to or need to cancel an unfulfilled order you may do so by following the link in your order confirmation email, online through your account, or send us an email at

Once we finish processing your request, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We do not offer refunds on any of our shipped merchandise.


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at



Orders usually ship within 1-3 business days, 3-7 business days for items noted that they may ship separately.

You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs unless otherwise stated in product description or site promotion.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless it is due to an error on our part. Shipping costs are non-refundable for shipped items. In the rare instance you do receive a refund/credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund/credit.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Warm Weather Shipping

The butters we either sell or use in the Whipped Hair & Body Frostings collection and soaps have a low melting point. These products contain little to no synthetic stabilizers in them. We do make the best provisions possible for you to receive your items in their intended condition.  

If you do choose to order during warm weather months or live in a warmer climate please keep in mind some melting may occur. Besides its appearance, the quality of the products effectiveness is not affected by any melting.

If you happen to receive a warm or melted product it's best to place it unopened into the refrigerator as soon as possible until it solidifies.  It will appear more like a balm if completely melted but will still work the same!

Just like whipped cream, whipping  increases the volume of our whipped butters by adding tiny air bubbles. This is how we achieve our light and fluffy texture. Although we volume fill our products to the top, when melting occurs those air bubble collapse and can also cause a significant decrease in volume.

If you prefer the whipped texture, after refrigeration, you can simply scoop the product out and whip it back up with a mixer or hand blender and return to jar.

Just keep in mind that we don’t have control of what happens after it leaves our hands especially in warm weather conditions and cannot be held responsible for melted products. Hopefully these tips can help you still enjoy your product no matter the condition it arrives in!
